Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant who is experienced in full-cycle accounting and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication ability and a solid background in transactional and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform 3-way match for Accounts Payable, ensuring accuracy between POs, receipts, and invoices

Prepare and reconcile bank accounts on a daily/monthly basis

Process and record intercompany transactions, ensuring appropriate eliminations and reconciliations

Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals

Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) in accordance with GAAP

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Support audits by providing documentation and analysis as needed

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners in both English and Spanish

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

5+ years of accounting experience

Strong understanding of GAAP

Experience with 3-way match, intercompany accounting, and financial statement preparation

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Advanced Excel skills preferred (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations)
