Manufacturing Assembler

Adecco is seeking Manufacturing Assemblers for exciting roles at Ametek/Gatan, Inc. in Pleasant, CA. Responsibilities:

Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

Oversee shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies; maintain accurate inventory logs

Operate mail and shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) and track shipment status

Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to resolve logistics inquiries

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems; monitor building automation systems

Handle general maintenance tasks, manage cleaning services, and coordinate preventive maintenance contracts

Respond to facility emergencies, including alarms and system alerts, occasionally outside regular hours

Conduct facility inspections, maintain compliance with codes, and support ISO certification audits

Manage office supply levels and provide logistical support for meetings and events

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Driver's License

1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance and shipping/receiving

Must be available for occasional off-hours emergency response

HVAC or building maintenance certification preferred

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
