We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Wireless Network Engineer to join our Network Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise-grade wireless and wired network environments. You will play a critical part in maintaining a robust, high-availability network that supports our organization's evolving connectivity needs, specifically focusing on location services and high-fidelity site surveys. Key Responsibilities -Design & Deployment: Lead the architecture and installation of enterprise wireless solutions, including controllers, access points, and management platforms. -Network Optimization: Monitor network performance and perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex connectivity issues across wireless and wired infrastructures. -Location Services & Analytics: Deploy and manage Cisco Spaces to leverage network data for location tracking, wayfinding, and environmental monitoring. -Site Surveying: Utilize the Ekahau Measurement Device (Sidekick) to perform professional-grade RF site surveys, validation, and spectrum analysis to ensure optimal coverage and capacity. -Next-Gen Platforms: Utilize modern network management tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center to automate workflows and enhance network visibility. -Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain industry-standard security protocols to protect the integrity of the wireless network.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications Education & Experience Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: An Associate's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related networking discipline. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in network wireless engineering. Certifications Required: Must hold a current CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or ACE-A (Arista Cloud Engineer Associate) certification, or a verifiable equivalent Technical Skills & Expertise Strong proficiency in configuring and managing Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC). Hands-on experience with Ekahau software and hardware for survey and validation. Familiarity with Cisco Spaces (formerly DNA Spaces) for IoT and location-based services. Experience with Cisco DNA / Catalyst Center is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of 802.11 standards and RF site survey methodologies.
