Data Entry II BC Forward is looking for Data Entry II in Saint Paul, MN 55112 Position Title: Data Entry II Location: Saint Paul, MN 55112 Duration: 3 months contract Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $17.75 /hour (W2) Job Description: Job Summary The Data Entry II professional is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining data using computer-based systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage time effectively while working independently. The position supports daily operations by scanning and inputting patient and medication information and assisting with basic reporting tasks. Key Responsibilities Scan and enter patient and medication information into designated systems Read and interpret source documents and accurately input data into appropriate fields Compile, sort, and verify data for accuracy and completeness Identify, correct, or report data entry errors Re-enter data in verification formats to detect discrepancies Maintain logs of completed work and daily activities Generate and run basic Excel reports related to patient information (training provided) Handle sensitive and confidential information in compliance with privacy standards Required Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel Verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Skills Prior experience with data entry or document scanning Familiarity with database or records management systems Experience handling personal or sensitive information Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required 2-4 years of related data entry or administrative experience preferred Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
