NOTE: This position is located at Nordstrom's downtown Seattle headquarters and follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one remote workday each week.

Our talented fashion design team, the Nordstrom Product Group (NPG), develops, designs, produces, and sources all Nordstrom-brand products. As a Senior Program Manager, you will partner closely with your NMG counterparts to ensure you have knowledge of business goals, objectives and the overall strategy and manage relationships with Marketing, Site,?VM, Events, to ensure strategies are executed upon, leading to successful business outcomes.?
You?will define and manage the day-to-day program?coordination?including regular communication with internal and?external partners, recurring meetings and touchpoints to keep divisional projects and initiatives on track.?You are responsible for assessing and escalating project risks as well as providing solutions to?mitigate risk.?
A Day in the Life
Manages divisional priorities and?operational plans, leading the executional efforts across all touch point.??
Collaborates with respective buying teams to establish monthly priorities that ladder back to?divisional strategies and seasonal messaging
Leads monthly product priority share-out with cross channel partners, including preparation and follow-up
Partners with digital merchandising teams (PCBOT) to ensure divisional?product priorities come to life online (i.e.,?product priorities, site categorization, content,?etc.)?
Drives Store/VM communication partnering with VM and store teams to ensure the execution of the?divisional product priorities come to life in store (i.e.,?merchandising, fixtures and elements,?brand/launch signage, etc.)?
Identifies and proactively resolves any risks or roadblocks that might arise?in each?project??
Schedules, facilitate and recaps project-related team meetings?

Ability to work independently and as a team and adapt to changing environment?
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint?
Advanced time management & analytical skills?

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$110,500.00 - $183,000.00 Annual
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
