Westmor Industries is seeking a dependable individual to join our team as a Robotic Technician. In this role, you will develop, test, and implement programs and operate industrial FANUC robots. A Robotic Technician is responsible for completing the following duties: Operate and monitor robotic welding systems to ensure consistent, reliable performance. Prepare and complete production jobs by properly loading and unloading fixtures and components. Inspect weld quality, identify defects, and remove spatter using tools such as chisels, grinders, and other finishing equipment. Upload welding programs, manage file transfers, and resolve robot fault conditions as they arise. Apply correct welding parameters, procedures, and operational settings to achieve high-quality welds. Troubleshoot robotic systems, sensors, welding equipment, and related automation components. Improve process efficiency by optimizing cycle times, reducing downtime, and enhancing overall system reliability. Maintain accurate documentation including backups, change logs, weld settings, and system configurations. Work closely with mechanical and industrial engineers to support system design, integration, and continuous improvement. Adhere to company safety standards and maintain safe work practices in every task. Compensation The starting pay range for this position is $22-$26 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
