As a Security Officer - Warehouse Entry Control in Lebanon, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Allied Universal Officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will manage access control by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit activity, and supporting visitor and driver check-in. You will conduct routine patrols in assigned areas, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with site teams. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to drivers, employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures at a logistics and distribution location.

Control access at entry and exit points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining entry logs, and directing traffic flow to help support orderly operations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and assisting with emergency response activities as directed by post orders.

Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or access control systems, document observations, and report irregular activity through required communication and reporting channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including parking areas, dock areas, and exterior access points, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
