As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with clear communication and customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, with opportunities to respond to security-related concerns, document activity, and collaborate with clinical teams. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service in a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas such as lobbies, corridors, waiting rooms, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or policy concerns.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with hospital staff and local responders when needed.

Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, badge and/or credential checks when assigned, and support orderly movement of patients, staff, and visitors.

Complete timely reports and documentation of incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to the site supervisor and/or client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Hospital vaccines are required.

Applicants must have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security experience.

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Applicants must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.

Applicants must have 2+ years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.

Applicants must have 5+ years of security experience.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
