Job Description

Support of managing, regulating, and supervising construction processes, from the pre-construction phase, track deliverables during the construction phase, evaluate project delivery, and close out at the end of the initiative.?

Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.

Assist in preparing project documents, including schedules, budgets, reports, and meeting notes.

Participate in on-site walkthroughs to observe construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Help track project milestones and update progress logs and dashboards.

Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve minor issues.

Assist with reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and change orders.

Support procurement activities such as obtaining quotes, verifying deliveries, and maintaining material logs.

Attend project meetings and help document action items and follow-ups.

Conduct basic research to support design options, cost estimates, or project planning needs.

Learn and apply construction management tools, software, and best practices.

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Project Management or equivalent

The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.

Develops good working relationships with project team.

Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player.

Excellent communication skills.

On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs

The salary range for this full-time role is $20/hr-$25/hr. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
