As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing location, you will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. You will communicate clearly with employees and visitors while delivering customer service with professionalism. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unsafe conditions.

Monitor access points and control entry and exit by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials when required, and directing traffic and deliveries according to post orders.

Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, coordinating with site leadership, and requesting public emergency services when needed.

Complete detailed written reports and log entries, document patrol and incident activity, and communicate updates during shift handoff to support consistent security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
