What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for processing materials through our Service Center standard operating procedures. You will ensure every product leaving our facility meets our high-quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform product processing according to documented work instructions.

Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.

Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies.

Inspect products and prepare them for shipment.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment, strictly following all safety rules and policies.

Collaborate effectively with the Warehouse Lead and Service Center Management.

Job Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: 1-3 years of related experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.

Communication: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently to comprehend safety rules, operating instructions, and product recipes.

Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using units of weight, volume, and distance.

Availability: Must be able to work overtime, weekends as needed. This is a 1st shift position, working 8-5:00pm

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active role. To be successful, you must be able to:

Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.

Perform repetitious work for up to 10 hours per shift.

Lift and move up to 40 pounds independently (lifting beyond 40 lbs requires a 2-person team).

Operate machinery using hands and feet.

Meet vision and hearing requirements, including depth perception and peripheral vision.
