Job Summary The warehouse is a seasonal operation that operates from mid-February to late November. During peak season, when the Maid of the Mist boats are running, a team of approximately twelve members including two supervisors, two drivers and eight associates work full-time and part-time shifts to cover daily schedules from 8:30am-4:30pm, and extended hours on in-season holidays, and weekends.

This positions primary responsibility involves the oversight of retail products and operations ponchos to and from the Warehouse and park location. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead by example and have a team of approximately 10 employees.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Delivery receiving and distribution

Administrative o Utilize Celerant inventory control system to monitor warehouse inventory levels and assist Retail Manager in replenishing merchandise as needed throughout the season o Manage UKG scheduling, and time and attendance of warehouse team direct reports. o Manage corporation supplies and inventory outside Celerant o New employee training o Supervise a team of approximately 10 employees including 1 assistant warehouse supervisor, 2 drivers, and 7 associates o Assist Retail Manager in the replenishment of retail merchandise (writing orders for approximately 75 vendors), retail supplies, operations ponchos, and equipment in time for the upcoming operating season o Assist Retail Manager with hiring of warehouse team o Will assist in purchasing and supervise poncho flow operations including:

Track usage and coordinate projected needs with Passenger Facility Manager to ensure that there is adequate stock on hand

Assist in the building of poncho bid packages

Assist Manager on communication with vendors on orders and shipments

Assist Manager with monitoring tracking of shipments

o Ensure all staff comply with Maid of the Mist policies, including appearance, conduct, and performance expectations o Monitor and enforce uniform standards, ensuring all employees are in proper attire all times o Address and correct non-compliance issues promptly, escalating as necessary to management or HR o Daily tasks:

Process incoming shipments- Unload trucks, match shipments to purchase orders, count merchandise, check and reticket as needed, fold shirts, store merchandise

Coordinate deliveries/ transfer merchandise, supplies, equipment, uniforms, as needed to MOTM Store, Passenger Facility, Corporate Office, Maintenance, and Dry Dock

Monitor poncho usage at passenger facilities, coordinate needs with Passenger Facility Manager, deliver new and pickup used ponchos for recycling

Coordinate off premises pickup and delivery of employee uniforms, electronic recycling, scrap yard disposal

Marine Operations supplies and equipment

Ensure that proper merchandise storage practices are adhered to

Other duties or tasks may be assigned based on organizational needs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for the role applicants MUST meet the following criteria.

Previous warehouse or retail experience of 5+ years preferred

Competence in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

Experience with Celerant web-based inventory management system a plus

Able to lift 40+ lbs. continuously throughout the day and climb ladders

Supervisory and training experience

Scheduling and time and attendance payroll experience, such as UKG

Clear, effective, and efficient communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Detail oriented

Valid NYS driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical to drive the company 22' box truck

Background check/credit reports are required

TWIC card

First AID, CPR/AED training to be completed
