Job Title: Supply Chain CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to efficiently manage the movement and tracking of goods and products. The role involves planning shipments, optimizing processes, and communicating effectively with customers to enhance satisfaction through high-level service. You will collaborate with various departments to forecast demand and implement cost-saving strategies. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, tracking KPIs, and maintaining strong relationships with carrier and logistics partners to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

Communicate with supply chain to manage the movement and tracking of goods and products.

Plan and optimize shipments to enhance customer satisfaction with white glove service.

Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan cost-saving strategies.

Negotiate contracts and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics partners for smooth operations.

Essential Skills

Experience in logistics coordination.

Knowledge of transportation modes and customs.

Strong skills in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.

Experience in hospital communication and negotiation.

Familiarity with medical devices and third-party logistics.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $41.00/hr.
