Supply Chain Customer Collaboration Analyst

Adecco is recruiting a Senior Supply Chain Analyst for our client in Bentonville, AR. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end customer collaboration with a focus on improving service metrics and delivering mutually beneficial, efficient supply chain solutions. The Senior Analyst partners closely with commercial, customer development, and cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and execute growth and volume opportunities by identifying, quantifying, and delivering end-to-end supply chain savings.

The position serves as the primary point of contact for operational execution related to modular changes, item transitions, and customer-specific initiatives. Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive customer satisfaction and best-in-class service.

This is a 6-month temporary position with potential to extend based on business needs. It is hybrid in Bentonville, AR. Please only local candidates apply. Relocation is unavailable. Not available for C2C.

Key Responsibilities

Own retail demand forecasts and KPIs using internal and customer data (orders, POS, inventory, lead times, EOQ, etc.) to support short- and long-term plans.

Lead strategic forecasting discussions and proactively communicate supply and demand risks.

Develop and manage a rolling 12-month demand plan aligned to customer and business goals.

Partner cross-functionally to support KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, in-stock performance, case fill, on-time delivery, and logistics metrics.

Collaborate with order-to-invoice, logistics, transportation, and warehousing teams to ensure strong execution and fulfillment.

Build strong customer relationships and leverage data to drive transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Lead customer-facing communications related to supply risks, disruptions, and improvement initiatives.

Support new item launches, transitions, promotions, and item changes to minimize obsolete inventory and prevent in-stock impacts.

Ensure accuracy of master data and compliance with vendor programs.

Capture learnings from initiatives and apply insights to improve future execution.

Partner with internal teams to ensure customer-specific projects stay on track and deliver results.

Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering learning and development.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

2-3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or customer service operations

Strong understanding of replenishment, ordering, and logistics processes

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, slicers, data analysis)

Proven analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Preferred

Advanced forecasting experience (SAP APO or similar tools)

Experience with SAP, APO, or Kinaxis

Exposure to analytics and reporting tools such as Domo, Looker Studio, Sigma Computing, or Google Workspace

Customer-facing experience

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
