JOB REQUIREMENTS: The County Materials Family of Companies manufactures

to provide reliable products with personalized service. We are seeking a
Cost Accountantfor County Prestress & Precast, LLC in Roberts, WI. Job
Summary: The Cost Accountant analyzes, tracks, and reports manufacturing
costs to support financial accuracy and operational efficiency. This
role collaborates with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to
provide cost insights, investigate variances, support budgeting and
forecasting, and recommend process improvements. The position ensures
GAAP-compliant cost accounting practices and delivers data-driven
information to help optimize profitability. Job Duties: Perform job cost
accounting for specific product lines and special projects. Track and
analyze labor, material, and overhead costs. Prepare and post journal
entries in compliance with GAAP and company policies. Compile monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial statements. Substantiate financial
transactions through communication and collaboration with internal team
members. Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls
and accounting procedures. Assist with special projects and additional
accounting duties as assigned by the Divisional Controller. Partner and
collaborate with division leaders to support financial decision-making.
Work Environment: Primarily an inside working environment Occasional
outside exposure Standard business hours with frequent overtime
Occasional travel Work involves attention to detail, meeting deadlines,
and managing interruptions in a fast-paced environment. Moderate office
noise level; frequent independent work with periodic collaboration.
Physical Requirements: Frequently sitting, walking, talking, and
hearing. Occasional standing, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and
