AVP Brand & Creative Marketing - REMOTE
Job Description
The AVP Brand & Creative Marketing leads the development and execution of integrated brand and creative strategies that elevate the organization's market presence, drive audience engagement, and ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels. This role champions brand integrity, oversees creative operations, and all channels for marketing while fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
Lead and evolve the organization's brand strategy, architecture, and messaging framework to drive differentiation and long-term brand equity
Oversee the in-house creative team, ensuring delivery of on-brand, on-brief, and high-quality creative assets across digital, print, and environmental channels
Develop and manage a centralized brand center and creative intake system to streamline processes, tools, and resource allocation
Define and socialize visual identity and brand standards across the enterprise, ensuring consistent application in all internal and external communications
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop integrated campaign briefs that inspire innovative creative execution and support business objectives
Manage and drive best in class execution of across all channels, including print, events, and digital marketing including website, email, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and audience engagement goals
Align with communications, marketing and external affairs to deliver brand messaging, thought leadership and targeted campaigns to drive brand awareness and to deliver brand reputation goals
Collaborate with Customer & Marketing Insights (CMI) to translate consumer and market research into actionable creative and brand strategies
Cultivate a culture of creativity and continuous improvement while also streamlining workflows by investing in team development, new technologies, and emerging marketing trends including the use of artificial intelligence to streamline processes

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, healthcare or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
12 years of work experience in marketing, brand development, or communications
8 years leadership/people management experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
Ability to establish trust, respect and credibility and form close working relationships with all levels of Prime
Demonstrated ability to distill complex concepts or situations into concise and compelling messaging
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and public speaking skills
Expert knowledge of all creative functions and deliverables including print, digital, video production process.
Knowledge and experience in managing a variety of marketing channels across multiple stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in uncertain, ambiguous situations; ability to balance compliance, business and other competing goals and risks while still driving programs and initiatives to completion
Proven ability to leverage technology to improve workflows and outcomes, AI experience
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other related advanced degree
Experience in healthcare, PBM or other highly regulated industry
Direct brand and channel management experience
Creative agency management or leadership experience
Previous experience managing a full-service creative function, preferred
Experience breaking down silos, assessing organizational design and structure and creating a high performing, innovative marketing organization

Potential pay for this position ranges from $164,000.00 - $279,000.00 based on experience and skills.
