Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee production operations in the food industry. This hands-on role involves managing food processing operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email is desired. The ideal candidate will have a back ground in maintenance and machine operation, with fluency in English and the ability to speak Spanish as a plus.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage production operations within the food processing environment.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operational processes.
Maintain and operate machinery effectively.
Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Supervise and lead a team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Enhance process improvements and troubleshoot operational issues.
Manage project timelines, scheduling, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Essential Skills
Supervision and management experience in the food and beverage industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong back ground in maintenance and machine operation.
Experience in safety management and process improvement.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a Maintenance Technician.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Experience in sanitation and food safety procedures.

Work Environment
The work environment is a dynamic manufacturing setting where employees may be exposed to peppers and onions during production. The position requires full-time availability and the flexibility to work any day of the week as needed.
