Our client in Murrysville, PA is hiring for an Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity. No specific length, open ended. This position is expected to last at least 3 months in duration, possibly longer. They are looking to get someone started ASAP! This position is onsite at their corporate headquarters and the schedule is Monday thru Friday from 8am-5pm (40 hours per week). Pay: $18-20

Job Duties Include:

Provide direct administrative support to the manager, serving as a key organizational and operational resource

Make and receive calls with vendors and customers, answering questions and providing payment and shipping status updates

Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail daily; prepare and send outgoing mail and packages

Scan paid invoices, track vendor communications, and follow up on outstanding items

Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems

Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing appointments

Enter data into internal systems and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently

Prepare basic reports, documents, and correspondence as needed

Order office supplies and assist with inventory tracking

Support general office operations, assist other departments as needed, and complete special projects or ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable managing incoming and outgoing calls.

Familiarity with data entry and email correspondence.

Availability to work onsite during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. TalentMatch®
