Kelly Services is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant for a busy Commercial Real Estate company in Winter Garden, FL.34787.

Pay rate- $18./hour

Schedule- Mon-Thursday 9am-3:30pm (Part time)

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Assistant to support two visionary entrepreneurial leaders within a fast-paced, evolving organization. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who blends confidence with humility, is highly organized yet adaptable, empathetic yet assertive, and thrives working both autonomously on projects and collaboratively towards shared objectives. Bringing strong emotional intelligence and a proactive mindset, this individual takes initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize the principals' schedules and overall productivity through expert calendar management, strategic planning, and thoughtful prioritization of tasks and projects

Serve as a skilled communicator for the principals, clearly conveying instructions, concerns, and viewpoints

Act as gatekeeper by managing incoming calls, requests for signatures, information, and access to the principals' time

Oversee email correspondence, prepare and distribute meeting agendas, handle follow-ups, track deadlines, and draft or edit various documents

Coordinate all travel arrangements

Provide oversight for both large-scale and smaller projects

Handle additional tasks as assigned, including occasional personal matters as appropriate

Desired Skills & Qualities:

At least 3 years of executive support experience

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar

Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively

Comfortable and accurate with data entry tasks

Experience with billing, property management, or reconciliation is a plus

Independent thinker who demonstrates sound judgment and consistently offers solutions

Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Assertive and proactive in driving projects and processes; prior experience supporting entrepreneurs is preferred

Project management background, with exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and set priorities

Technologically savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and familiar with online marketing platforms
