We are looking for an experienced and talented?System Operations Administrative Assistant/Associate?to come join us at our Lipan Distribution Center in Denver, CO.

Summary

Performs a wide variety of routine and non-routine administrative functions and secretarial services. Handles details and assignments of a routine nature within agreed upon limits using established guidelines and procedures

Essential Responsibilities

Composes, design, edits and prepares various correspondence,documentsand reports for the department including spreadsheets,graphsand charts.Identifiescomputer applications to perform required duties in the most effective manner.

Processes department timekeeping andemployee'schanges.

Greets and directs customers, answersphonesandmaintainsstationery supplies. Receives, sorts,redirectsand prioritizes incoming mail.

Assimilates data and information from various sources for the department. Check data input for accuracy andcorrectserrors.

Assistwith preparation andtracking ofdepartmental budgets. Maintain& preparepayment processing for outside contractors and vendors.

Coordinate and initiate meetings and travel arrangements for the department. Arrange schedules for management staff.

Maintains and updates corporate documents (i.e.policies and procedures, organizationalchartsand announcements for designateddepartment) and departmental files.

Provides support for departmental projects. Performs other general clerical duties as assigned specific to designateddepartment.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

3 yearsadministrativesupport experience

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite

Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $31.15 per hour
