Our client, a leader in manufacturing and chemical production, is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the operations support team supporting daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Wayne, MI

Pay Range: $19.00

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What's the Job?

Process customer orders and prepare paperwork and labels for production

Enter completed paperwork into the daily invoice log and scan shipment documents

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

Create and respond to emails for communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Manage ordering and receipt of raw materials and plant supplies

What's Needed?

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of office software and data entry

Willingness to support team and perform additional duties as assigned

No prior experience required; open to candidates eager to learn
