As a Security Officer - Warehouse Reception in Nazareth, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and team members, helping manage access, verify credentials, and support visitor check-in procedures. You will monitor activity from a central post, communicate professionally with site leadership, and help address security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Staff the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, drivers, and vendors; answering phones; and supporting customer and employee inquiries in a professional manner.

Manage access control by processing sign-in and sign-out logs, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining orderly lobby traffic to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Monitor security-related systems and communications, document unusual activity, and report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management per post orders.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, assisting with incident documentation, and supporting emergency procedures when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
