Description

Our client, an innovative leader in the biotech sector, is seeking an organized and driven Account Specialist to join their team. This position plays a vital role in managing client accounts, supporting business operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in a cutting-edge environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and related systems, processing orders, billing, and account changes.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, R& D) to ensure seamless account management and satisfaction.

Track order fulfillment and delivery timelines, providing clients with updates as needed.

Prepare and analyze account reports, identifying areas for upselling, cross-selling, and process improvement.

Support new client onboarding and training.

Assist sales and finance teams with contract renewals and billing inquiries.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, life sciences, or a related field.

2+ years of client account management, customer service, or operations experience, ideally within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life science industries.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
