About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our growing construction team. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, including sales and project teams, to coordinate events, develop content, manage social media, and maintain organized, up-to-date marketing materials. You'll help elevate the client experience, support proposals and award submissions, and showcase our work through PR, video, website updates, and strategic campaigns.

This position is ideal for someone who loves creative storytelling, enjoys supporting internal end users, and thrives in a fast-paced, technical B2B environment. AEC industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation

Develop and edit content for project spotlights, case studies, presentations, website pages, email campaigns, and internal communications.

Create visually compelling graphics or light design work using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.

Produce marketing collateral, capability materials, and sales enablement tools.

Social Media & Digital Presence

Manage and schedule social media content (primarily LinkedIn) to highlight projects, community involvement, milestones, and company culture.

Support updates to the website, project galleries, news sections, and video content.

Assist with coordinating PR opportunities and distributing announcements.

Event Coordination & Client Experience

Plan and execute company events, client engagements, industry conferences, and sponsorship activities.

Coordinate logistics with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Support photography/videography needs for projects, events, and marketing materials.

Proposals, Awards & Project Marketing

Assist with proposal coordination, gathering project information, resumes, stats, and supporting content.

Help prepare submissions for industry awards, project recognition, and community involvement.

Maintain organized libraries of project photos, case studies, and marketing assets for easy internal access.

Internal Collaboration & Support

Work directly with sales teams to understand needs, produce customized materials, and ensure timely delivery of assets.

Support internal teams by maintaining updated marketing resources, templates, and presentation decks.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B marketing experience (required).

Experience supporting internal end users, especially sales teams.

Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling messaging.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across teams.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Preferred

AEC industry experience (construction, architecture, engineering) or experience in technical/complex value-prop industries.

Familiarity with basic website updates (WordPress or similar) and social media analytics.

Experience supporting proposals or award submissions.
