WHAT YOU GET TO DO Lead with Safety Demonstrate safety-first leadership and partner with the EHS Manager to maintain a safe work environment through effective policies, programs, and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, storage, and transportation regulations. Promote a strong safety culture by attending required training, reporting hazards, and reinforcing PPE compliance. Drive Operational Excellence Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to prioritize demand and ensure plant capacity aligns with customer requirements.
