As a Security Officer - Bank Visitor Desk in Warrendale, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a front desk post in a financial institutions location, where your presence and customer service help support a secure environment. You will welcome visitors, manage access and visitor logs, monitor cameras and alarms, respond to security-related concerns, and communicate clearly with staff and guests. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk by following Allied Universal site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and security-related policies for a financial institution location.

Monitor lobby activity and front entrance conditions from a stationary post, helping to deter unauthorized entry by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate areas.

Operate and monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, intercoms, and visitor management tools; document observations and communicate issues to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; initiate site emergency response actions as assigned and notify appropriate internal contacts and/or emergency services when directed.

Maintain accurate logs and reports including visitor entries, deliveries, key and badge activity, and incident details; support investigations by preserving relevant information and coordinating with authorized personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
