As a Security Officer - Bank Front Desk in Newark, DE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badges, monitor entry activity, and support a professional lobby experience through clear communication and customer service. You will help identify and report security-related concerns while staying visible and responsive. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Control access at the main entrance by greeting visitors, confirming authorization, issuing temporary credentials, and directing traffic to the appropriate departments.

Monitor lobby activity, cameras and/or alarm panels as assigned, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and coordinating with local responders as needed.

Complete required reports and logs, including visitor records, incident documentation and shift handoff notes, while supporting a professional front desk environment.

Minimum Requirements:

A State, County, or City Issued Security License is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
