Your Role as an Oral Surgeon

Deliver advanced surgical treatments, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw procedures
Provide thorough consultations and treatment plans with a focus on patient comfort and education
Collaborate with our dentists and referral network to ensure continuity of care
Employ minimally invasive surgical techniques supported by CBCT and digital workflows
Lead with compassion, professionalism, and a patient-first approach

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Board Certification or eligibility in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Active Vermont dental license (or eligibility)
Strong surgical skillset and a passion for delivering patient-centered care
Ability to collaborate within a multi-specialty, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation - 40-45% of collections at a 98% collection rate, with daily minimums available during ramp-up
