You will: Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently Perform hands-on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking Deliver tools, materials, and parts to the appropriate workstations Inspect and sort parts to ensure they meet company quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work collaboratively with teammates to produce high-quality products you can be proud to put your name on WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: High school diploma or GED Willingness to learn and take direction in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Previous manufacturing or shop experience is a plus-but not required GREAT BENEFITS Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance 401(K) Match up to 8% A Work-Life Balance Multiple shift options include day and night shifts with 10% shift premium and compressed work week Paid Vacation & Personal Time, and 9 Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Program Reimbursements Employee Assistance Program Safety Reimbursement (weld helmets, safety glasses, safety shoes, custom molded hearing protection) Tuition Reimbursement Company meals, events, and parties!
