Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will excel in handling customer inquiries, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring a high level of service accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Conduct verification calls to confirm provided information.

Accurately review and validate bank account details as part of routine processes.

Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation.

Collaborate with team members to address additional responsibilities as required.

Maintain organized records and adhere to company procedures.

Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to complete tasks efficiently.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail.

Ensure accuracy in all customer-related processes and documentation.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or a related role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring accuracy.

Familiarity with email correspondence and clear, detail-oriented communication.
