General Production Associate - Entry Level

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Fontana ca.

Pay Range: $19 per hour

Shift: 4am-12:30pm Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and productively in accordance with operational standards.

Perform physical loading and unloading of materials as required.

Follow all safety policies and practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.

What's Needed?

Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

No prior manufacturing production experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and bending.
