As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to discourage security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site leaders, employees, and/or visitors, and deliver strong customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with notifications, documentation, and coordination with site leadership and/or public responders as directed.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry and exit of employees, contractors, and deliveries, including verifying credentials and directing visitors according to site procedures.

Complete routine reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity summaries, and communicate relevant information to the next shift and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
