We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the daily operations of Continuing and Professional Education (CPED). The ideal candidate will be a technical problem-solver who balances back-end systems management with high-end customer support. They need technical expertise in managing a learning management system, customer support excellence, and a collaborative team member attitude.

Salary: $53,000 - $57,000/annually (Based on selected hire's qualifications)

Essential Duties/Tasks
Learning Management System Administration
Assists in the coordination of the day-to-day activities of the Learning Management System and Registration System.
Assists in developing strategic plans and goals to support the program.
Assists with the development and production of materials designed for the program
Assists with yearly budgetary and contract processes.
Prepares vouchers, purchase orders and requisition and coordinate with accounting personnel and other support staff.
Provide end-user support for both the LMS and Registration systems.
Maintain accurate user database.
Maintain Sub-Account Administrator accounts.
Oversee and compile LMS usage data for reporting purposes.
Forecast and lead LMS enhancement projects.
Stay abreast of system updates and new features.
Liaison between CPED and CPED platform users.
Customer Support
Responds to LMS and Registration System help tickets from CPED participants.
Provides technical support to sub-account administrators.
Monitor LMS adherence to compliance
Ensure that the LMS meets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) as updates and enhancements are implemented.
Ensure that courses and accompanying materials published in the LMS meet WCAG 2.1.
Responsible for periodic accommodations requests from LMS end users.
CPED Programming Support
Assist with additional CPED programming.
LMS Content Production
Maintain CPED instructional courses for the LMS and Registration system.
Assist with creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to the LMS and Registration System.
Assist with research, development and composition white papers, grant applications and presentations.
On an as-needed basis, assist with instructional design of new asynchronous courses or remediation of existing ones.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four years of related experience in managing technology resources related to learning management systems, including evaluating effectiveness for end users and planning for future improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the American's with Disabilities ACT, Title II, and Section 508 Compliance.
Knowledge of VPATs.
API and LTI experience.
Data visualization software experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Experience managing learning management systems and third party teaching and learning tools.
Experience using database visualization tools such as Power BI.
Must be customer focused and able to multi-task.
Ability to analyze information, document conclusions, and develop recommendations.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical personnel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to present information clearly and concisely.

Since our inception, we have provided programming to over 76,000 individuals. CPED manages the Continuing and Professional Education Canvas Learning Management System and supports various on-campus programs for external partners, such as the College Board's Advanced Placement Summer Institutes.
