Role summary:
The Senior Technology Operations role is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of medium-complexity programs by applying advanced program estimation, monitoring, and risk mitigation techniques. This position leads cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while managing financial plans and resource allocation. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence outcomes and build consensus. Additionally, there is an emphasis on AI security and specific support of AI growth efforts in this role.

Our team of Technical Program Managers and Project Managers drives strategic security initiatives across AI and OT/IoT domains. Collaborating with engineering, platform, and business teams, we focus on risk mitigation, cloud transformation, and enhancing enterprise resilience. Through effective governance, stakeholder alignment, automation, and continuous improvement, the team delivers measurable outcomes that strengthen security posture, operational reliability, and compliance with global standards. This collaborative environment supports innovation and operational excellence, ensuring robust protection and sustained business success in a dynamic technology landscape.
What you'll do:
Assess and estimate resources required for successful completion of medium-complexity technology projects.
Monitor project progress against milestones, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Lead cross-functional coordination meetings to review schedules, health, risks, and dependencies.
Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders to build consensus and influence decisions.
Manage financial plans, budgets, and cost expenditures across your projects.
Translate business and technology requirements into actionable project plans aligned with strategic objectives.
Support technology domain stakeholders by providing expert guidance and promoting continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity.
Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to track progress against milestones.
Experience leading cross-functional coordination meetings to address schedule, risks, and dependencies.
Ability to influence and build stakeholder consensus through clear, concise communication and data-driven presentations.
Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost monitoring for multiple projects within a program.
Understanding of technology landscape, strategy alignment, and business operations to support domain stakeholders.
Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and applying best practices in program execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
