R.H. McDougall and Associates, LLC is the primary contractor for Leading Local Digital Solutions in the Rio Grande Valley. We help local businesses grow through professional websites, SEO, review management, and online directories. Many family-owned businesses rely solely on Facebookour mission is to educate them on how websites and SEO can attract more customers and increase profits.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual independent contractor with a background in digital marketing to support our outreach efforts. Key responsibilities include:

Scheduling appointments with local businesses (primarily in Spanish)

Providing translation and support during meetings

Identifying (finding) local businesses that could benefit from websites, SEO, review management, and online directories

Explaining digital marketing concepts in a clear and simple way that resonates with family-owned businesses

Delivering contracts for signature when required

Note: This is a support and introduction role. All contracts, pricing, and final sales decisions remain with R.H. McDougall and Associates, LLC. The contractor is not authorized to negotiate or enter into agreements on behalf of the company.

What Were Looking For

Bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills

Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or online media (websites, SEO, review management, or social media)

Reliable transportation, phone, and internet access

Strong networking and communication skills, especially with family-owned businesses in the Rio Grande Valley

Self-motivated, organized, and dependable

Compensation

This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity. Compensation includes:

Payment per confirmed appointment

Finders bonuses for closed contracts (websites, SEO, review management, online directories, etc.)

Pay structure will be explained in detail during the interview

Current independent contractors in similar roles earn between $50,000 - $200,000+ annually, depending on effort and results.

Flexibility

Work independently using your own phone and internet
