What we're looking for : Account Supervisor for MSL's Consumer Brands practice
What you'll do: In this role, you'll lead efforts to keep one of America's most iconic brands at the center of cultural conversations. The position is in our Atlanta office within the Consumer Brands practice. As part of our dynamic team, the Account Supervisor will focus on a high-profile quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand that is one of the best-known and beloved in the country. This is a fast-paced role for someone driven by making big things happen, and getting the chance to put bold, creative work into the world.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience in public relations, cultural trendspotting, earned-first strategy and execution - from developing campaign ideas to overseeing material creation and leading program execution and reporting results. The candidate is a true team player with ability to move projects effectively, on time, and with excellence.

Support development of innovative, effective campaigns coordinated to drive business results. Emphasize PR and media relations. Ability to advise and support social strategies and execution is valued.
Live and breathe culture, constantly tracking pop culture, lifestyle, and consumer trends to create bold, newsworthy moments that spark conversation across earned, social, and influencer channels
Embrace AI adoption by integrating tools into daily workflow and proactively identifying new opportunities to apply AI guidelines
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, turning big ideas into reality on tight timelines
Develop and support PR, brand partnership and potential top-tier celebrity campaigns, partnerships and events
Collaborate with team to prepare and present integrated PR strategies (including earned and social) and briefs to internal teams and clients
Proficient in building compelling decks and bringing ideas to life visually, with a strong eye for design and storytelling
Support large scale activations and product launches with the goal of securing impactful coverage across channels
Build strong relationships with editors and key voices across national earned and social media
Thoughtfully review campaign reports with an eye for detail, ability to pull insights from these reports and share with clients in real-time
Foster positive relationships with clients becoming a trusted day-to-day contact
Effectively present data-based campaign results, demonstrating successes to build further work
Develop PR materials including press materials, messaging, media strategies, case studies, POVs/one pagers and more
Establish and evolve standard processes across campaigns and teams; support skill building of teams
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
6+ years of previous experience and a Bachelor's in Public Relations, Communications or a related field
Deep understanding of public and media relations - including PR activations/campaigns integrated across earned and social - and how it relates/influences efforts across brands and campaigns
Must be a self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple hot projects and take initiative, sometimes with little guidance
Collaborates effectively with colleagues across functions, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment to achieve shared goals
Proficient with integrating AI tools into workflow
Proven experience in helping to lead teams to execute client programs with a blend of strong time management, team building and mentoring
History of high-quality client service, including strong relationships with clients, being a trusted and go-to partner, and engaging with clients in a timely and appropriate manner
Proven experience developing earned-first creative or social content for national brands
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as well as an ability to develop and present compelling client proposals
Obsessed with pop culture and being on the pulse of what's trending
Experience within culinary, QSR and/or pop culture-centric consumer brands will benefit this role, though not required

Compensation Range: $75,050 - $102,700 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
