Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Blue Ash, Ohio. This is a Contract position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to task management. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Perform data entry tasks with speed and precision to maintain accurate records.

Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication.

Coordinate and schedule appointments to optimize team productivity.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create and manage documents.

Assist in preparing presentations and reports as needed.

Organize and maintain office files and records for easy access.

Support team members with general administrative duties as required. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Customer service experience with a detail-oriented approach.

Familiarity with scheduling and coordinating appointments.
