Christiana Care Health System, a Magnet®-designated health care organization , is seeking hospital-based nurses to join our Operating Room Float Pool Team in Newark (Main OR and Surgery Center) and Wilmington, Delaware. Float Pool positions currently being offered are 72 hours per pay/Full Time Flex. Possible schedules are 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts on Day, and Evening shifts***Flexible self-scheduling***. Weekends as the need arises - a possibility of 24 hours of weekend hours in a month and some holidays. No On-Call is required.

The successful candidate should have the following:

BSN required or commitment to acquiring within three years of the date of hire
Current RN licensure required
Three years or more of Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience is REQUIRED.
CNOR certification is a plus.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
