As a Security Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms and/or concerns, document activity, and deliver welcoming customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies at a manufacturing and industrial location, including access control and visitor management.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications to site leadership and emergency services as directed by post orders.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions, reporting concerns per procedure.

Monitor CCTV, intrusion alarms, fire panels, and/or other security-related systems as assigned, documenting activations and escalating issues according to site protocols.

Complete accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and badge and key control documentation, supporting investigations and communicating relevant information during shift turnover.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
