Description We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Santa Clara, California. This is a contract position that involves coordinating logistics and warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The role offers hands-on training and an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.

Update inventory records and purchase orders using NetSuite or similar accounting systems.

Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move and organize packages.

Deliver packages to designated locations using company trucks, adhering to safety and driving regulations.

Prepare goods for shipment by strapping, wrapping, and organizing items efficiently.

Communicate daily activities and updates to the warehouse manager and shipping supervisor.

Maintain cleanliness and order within the warehouse while adhering to safety protocols.

Assist with ID verification and documentation for shipping and receiving processes.

Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with company systems and procedures.

Support general warehouse tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Requirements - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or shipping/receiving roles.

Clean driving record with demonstrated experience operating larger trucks.

Ability to lift and move packages safely and efficiently.

Forklift operation experience and a valid driver's license are required.

Familiarity with inventory systems like NetSuite or willingness to learn.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to following safety regulations.
