The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for an Executive Director, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Strategic Sourcing . This position reports directly to the Senor Vice President of Supply Chain and Purchasing and is aligned to support all business Sectors within the Corporation.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Corporate Strategic Sourcing effort by overseeing the leveraging of all enterprise-wide strategic material sourcing opportunities.
Participate as the Supply Chain leader on efforts of supplier consolidation and supplier relationships at the corporate level to the senor leadership team.
Create, implement and sustain the strategic sourcing programs that will deliver continuous value add to CACI's bottom line.
Play a major leadership role and provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to develop the strategic sourcing team and the culture of cost saving efforts on all inventory purchases throughout the corporation
Coordinate with business executives on supply chain sourcing strategies that deliver business results for current business opportunities and new product introductions.
Leverage the inventory management plan developed to support the corporate business objectives through the Sales, Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
Develop and/or support the front end of the business SCM activities, including supplier risk management & optimization and supplier management strategies.
Participate in Program Performance Reviews, Risk & Opportunity Reviews, and Product Engineering Reviews that involve supplier provided material issues.
Embrace and leverage technology (AI, Multi-sided Platforms, Cloud, IOT) to implement efficiencies that deliver growth and improved profits across the corporation.
Develop and maintain Supply Chain related policies and procedures for use across the enterprise.
Develop, mentor, and manage the strategic sourcing team and champion the supply chain culture of empowerment and listening to understand.
Creating, managing, and executing a compelling Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing vision and strategy, gaining buy in from executive leadership and stakeholders.
Provide overall ownership of supplier management processes including supplier performance, critical supplier management, SCM metrics, international issues, Make/Buy strategy, strategic agreements, and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc.
Focus on profitable growth. Applying a strong understanding of financial measures, including cost management strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.
Will work with SBLO and small business office to Identify and develop opportunities for small business participation.
Developing, monitoring and proactively addressing performance and financial metrics including those related to cost, schedule, and quality.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, or related field.
Minimum of 20 years directly related work experience in Supply Chain Management or closely related field with an emphasis in manufacturing and product development, that includes experience in the federal government contracting space.
Deep understanding of contract manufacturing and supply chain processes and technologies, including lean manufacturing, process improvement, logistics, quality control, and costing. Ability to drive and deliver operational excellence.
Strong supplier management, financial, contracting, sourcing and negotiating experience along with prior project management responsibilities.
Requires a strong leader with demonstrated project management and critical thinking skills.
Proven track record of running large, complex product focused Supply Chain organizations.
Self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and business objectives with the ability to successfully interface with all levels of corporate, sector and functional management through a combination of diplomacy and tact.
Experience understanding global supply chain dynamics and their potential impacts on the company's manufacturing capabilities and the ability to meet customer commitments.
Knowledge of ISO-9001/AS9100, CMMI, and strong understanding of MMAS.
Experience leading a diverse team located at multiple sites across the US.
Understanding of government regulations (i.e.: FAR / DFARS, ITAR / EAR, TINA, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance within one year of start date.
U.S. Citizenship is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$145,100 - $319,100
