Scope of Position:

Join our dynamic Warehouse-to-Office Career Pathway Program, designed to give you hands-on experience in logistics operations while preparing you for a future office-based role. This is a unique opportunity to build foundational knowledge of our company's logistics systems and grow into a long-term career.

Position Schedule:

Monday- Friday 16:00-00:30 (4PM-12:30AM)

Program Structure

Duration: 6-12 months in the warehouse.

Development: During this time, you will have structured touchpoints with leadership across all departments to gain a holistic view of our operations.

Transition Opportunity: Upon successful completion of the warehouse phase and meeting performance expectations, you will be eligible to begin the interview and transition process into an office-based role aligned with your strengths and interests.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately receive, load, store, and execute shipment orders in accordance with company standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Execute updates in the computer system using operational tools provided.

Understand and follow contingency plans and crisis protocols.

Work the shift pattern as required by the branch.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Degree or equivalent required

Successful candidates must pass a background check

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Must not require future sponsorship for employment visa

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Must have the ability to work overtime in support of the department's needs

Must be able to commute to the city of Hawthorne, CA

Comfortable with numbers and basic mathematical skills

Comfortable working in a warehouse & professional business environment

Desired Qualifications:

Associates or Undergraduate Degree Preferred

Good computer skills (Word, Excel, and familiarity with PowerPoint)

Ability to multi-task and prioritize throughout the workday while remaining focused and organized

Demonstrated ability to be proactive in thought and action

Strong organizational skills

Analytical with a strong attention to detail

Effective interpersonal skills, including proven ability to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Willing to pitch in and help on last minute projects or assist team members

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Has a demonstrated strong work ethic, and reliability

The wage for this position is $19.00-$28.00 per hour.
