What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you will:

Build strong, supportive relationships with families enrolled in the program

Provide guidance, encouragement, and practical parenting support

Collaborate with parents to create and achieve individualized Family Goal Plans

Empower parents to grow in confidence and independence

Maintain professional communication with referral sources and community partners

Meet weekly with the Family Services Director to review progress and visits

Document action steps, progress, and client notes accurately and on time

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

Valid driver's license, current vehicle registration and insurance, and reliable transportation

1-3 years of experience working with diverse populations

A compassionate, organized, and motivated professional who believes in family-centered support

What We Offer

Hourly pay: $20-$21 per hour

Schedule: 35 hours/week

Monday-Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

Thursday: 11:00 AM-7:00 PM
