Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving FP&A and risk mitigation to support strategic business decisions within Walmart's Health & Wellness segment. This position leads complex financial modeling, monitors control structures, and collaborates cross-functionally to enhance reporting transparency and operational efficiency. The role involves guiding teams, managing performance, and fostering continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards. The Finance team plays a vital role in guiding business decisions through comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and risk management. What you'll do...
Lead forecasting efforts for Walmart's Health & Wellness Finance team and assist with close process. Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal business partners to develop and improve financial processes and controls, and drive operational strategy.
Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to performance.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of financial plans and forecasts.
Continuously improve forecast processes and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis to drive business decisions.
Identify and implement transformational activities and new ways of working and drive digital reporting solutions
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in FP&A and financial modeling to support business performance.
Strong communication skills to present financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management clearly and accurately.
Curiosity and adaptability with the ability to drive multiple business plans, remove obstacles, and adjust strategies based on evolving operational needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
