Job Summary:
Oversees administrative, financial, personnel, and technical functions of a program within the Division of Family and Community Medicine Clinical Operations.
Takes a leadership role in designing, implementing, and running various strategic programs in the department and plays a key role in developing the clinical operations strategy
This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of various programs as well as the planning, implementation, and tracking of strategic projects as directed.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Works across multiple clinic locations, developing relationships with clinic leadership and providers to implement operational strategies.
Identifies opportunities for optimization and expansion of current services to improve patient care, efficiency of clinical operations, patient access and experience, and provider well-being.
Track, monitor, and report on divisional financial performance, including budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and variance analyses, to support leadership decision-making.
Partner with the Behavioral Health Integration ( BHI ) team to provide operational oversight and ensure alignment and effective execution of BHI initiatives.
Actively participate in Ambulatory Patient Experience Coalition meetings, representing DFCM provider needs in decision-making and goal setting.
Review patient experience data and comments regularly; identify trends and communicate actionable insights to DFCM leadership and providers.
This role broadly supports the clinical enterprise by advancing provider initiatives, resource development, and operational strategies that improve access, quality, and patient and provider experience.
Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
This is a Manager-Level position in the Management track.
