Pay: $18/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday full time day shift

This is a 4 month assignment with possibility of extension

This position in ONSITE in Troy, OH Must be able to commute to Troy, OH

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Monitoring the Outlook inbox and Transportation Management System (TMS) for supplier inbound freight requests, ensuring timely responses.

Tracking supplier onboarding in TMS and reporting directly to the project manager on progress and updates.

Reviewing invoices from LTL carriers for payment and assisting suppliers with shipments to ensure smooth operations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry, which are essential for managing information effectively.

Possess strong communication skills to interact with suppliers via email and phone, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

Are available for a full-time commitment during the assignment period and are open to potential extensions.
