We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Luis Obispo, California. In this long-term contract role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations, from managing communications to maintaining accurate records. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional administrative services.

Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize incoming calls, providing attentive and courteous responses to inquiries.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records and databases.

Coordinate office operations, ensuring supplies are stocked and administrative processes run efficiently.

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive atmosphere.

Support team members with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy accessibility.

Collaborate with colleagues to support special projects and initiatives.

Assist in preparing reports and meeting materials as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.

Strong proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with receptionist duties, including answering calls and welcoming guests.

Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
