As an Electrical Engineering Intern with Jacobs, you'll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. As part of our team, you'll have the chance to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients' challenges locally and worldwide.

We have many opportunities for those with an interest in power system planning, renewable energy, power distribution, energy & power solutions, lighting design, fire and life safety systems, or vertical transportation and construction coordination.?Under the guidance of professional engineers, architects and other senior technical staff you will provide design services including coordinating with the design of other trades (architectural and engineering).

You'll also take ownership of the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assigned to you by demonstrating the ability to progress from basic design work assignments to more complicated and involved projects working in conjunction with a technical team.

In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program

Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future

Must be within commutable distance form office

Ideally, you'll also have:

3.0 GPA

Must be at least a rising Junior

Working knowledge of Revit and/or Autocad

A previous internship related to your field of study

Self-driven time management and organizational skills
