We recognize the crucial role you play in the care of every patient treated and we have worked hard to ensure that you find the professional culture, the career support, medical resources and the career opportunities you're seeking Position Summary: Supervisor is responsible for collaborating with the manager for the planning, priority setting, coordination and evaluation of programs for patient care in designated patient populations. This includes the daily monitoring of administrative and clinical systems which support patient care. The Supervisor facilitates collegial relationships between care teams, supplements staff, and collaborates with leadership staff in assuring adequate staffing is achieved throughout the division. The Supervisor supports, plans, implements, and evaluates program goals and supports policies of St. Peter's Health Partners to assure Patient Focused Care. Frontline, department-based, direct or indirect healthcare department / program; Formally / informally supervises daily & / or house functions of charge nurses, professional & frontline staff (multidisciplinary team) of assigned department; May participate in & contributes to the performance management / review process; Contributes to the daily performance, daily adherence to regulatory requirements & drives results of team within assigned department; Implements departmental plans & priorities identified by accountable nurse leaders. *Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice / employment.
Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
