Shifts & Pay Rate

2nd Shift

3rd Shift

12 hour rotating Night shifts (6:45p-7:15a )

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.50/hour

Bonuses

$500 Sign-On Bonus (paid at 30 days)

$250 Retention Bonus (paid at 60 days)

$250 Retention Bonus (paid at 90 days)

$2,000 Conversion Bonus (Conversion and sign-on bonuses are paid directly by Johnson & Johnson)

Key Manufacturing Machine Operator Responsibilities

Operate equipment used in assembly processes

Set up, run, monitor, clean, and tear down machines

Inspect parts and disposition product

Load/unload ovens and prepare baths

Use computers for documentation and recordkeeping

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

Have a strong work ethic and solid work history

Have a high school diploma or GED

Can stand for extended periods

Are able to lift 25-45 pounds as needed
